ORDER PROCESSING


Please allow between one 1-3 business days for orders to be processed.

Business day means a day other than: a Saturday or a Sunday; or a day which is a public holiday for the whole of: any State; or Australian Territory. 


AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

All orders are sent through Standard Post and you should expect your items to arrive within 3-9 business days. 

Please note delivery to remote regional areas may take longer. 

You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.

Shipping costs for International orders will be finalised at the check out and will be dependent on the weight of your final order.

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES

The delivery cost for international online orders does not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties. You, or the recipient, are responsible for the payment of any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. Please be aware that duties and taxes are assessed on the combined value of the goods in your parcel. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities to calculate additional duties and taxes on your parcel upon arrival into your country.
