Refund Policy

As a small business we always strive our best to ensure you love our products! However, if you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy (meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return). Goods returned after 14 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging - unworn unused;
  • Proof of purchase (e.g. Order Number or Invoice) must be provided;
  • Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale or promotion item(s).
  • Direct exchanges are only available for Australian customers.

Requesting a refund
To submit a request for a return or exchange, please contact us at support@polishedandco.com

Please include your reason for return in your request. Please await our approval before returning your package. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval by our team will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. 

Payment 
If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@polishedandco.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
